What is your favorite part of your job?
We're surrounded by amazingly talented people who all share a passion for travel. It's a great environment to do the best work we can do.
What has been your proudest moment so far at Egencia?
I’m always proud of everything we do because I strongly believe in our mission, but I'm particularly proud whenever we launch a new capability that we know will have a great impact on our clients; even more so when the outcome outperforms our forecast.
What makes Egencia a great place to work?

What are you most passionate about?
My family and travel. Egencia allows me to find the balance between work and family time with flexible hours.
Anything else you want to add about your role or experience at Egencia?
You don't need to already be a travel wizard with experience in the industry to work at Egencia. We value good complementarity skills and knowledge in the team. I came to Egencia as a Product Manager with experience in telecommunication, having never worked in travel, and I now lead our Air and Rail Product Portfolio.
